White-label sportsbook and iGaming platform on AWS Serverless

iGaming · Multiple iGaming operators

Our largest system: a multi-tenant white-label platform that gives operators a complete sportsbook and casino business, with player account management, CRM, affiliate management, and bonusing built in, running entirely on AWS Serverless with AI-operated DevOps.

The problem

  • Operators launching a sportsbook or casino brand were stitching together a player account system, CRM, affiliate tooling, bonus engine, sportsbook, and casino aggregation from separate vendors, each with its own integration and reconciliation burden.
  • Peak traffic is extreme and bursty: a single high-profile fixture can multiply load many times over in minutes, and idle capacity outside those windows is pure cost.
  • Running one shared platform for many operators demands strict tenant isolation, per-operator configuration, and a release process that never takes a brand offline.

The architecture

  • One platform, many brands: every operator runs on the same codebase with its own configuration, theming, markets, and rules, with tenant isolation enforced at the data and identity layers.
  • Player account management (registration, KYC hooks, wallets, limits, and responsible-gambling controls), CRM and segmentation, affiliate tracking and commissioning, and a rules-based bonus engine, all as first-class modules.
  • Sports betting and casino: real-time odds and market management, bet placement and settlement, and casino game aggregation behind a single player wallet.
  • Entirely AWS Serverless: API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Step Functions, and CloudFront, scaling to zero between events and to peak in seconds.
  • DevOps run by AI agents: deployments, monitoring, incident triage, cost control, and WAF management are agent-operated end to end, with humans approving anything mutating.

The outcome

  • An operator can launch a fully featured sportsbook and casino brand on the platform by configuration rather than by building.
  • Infrastructure cost tracks real player activity, and the platform runs without a traditional operations team.
